Rust 2 Rome is proud to announce that it has raised £2,519.82 for CHAS! Rust 2 Rome 2009 topped all other years by a long way. Many thanks to all who helped us to reach this amazing amount of money! Additional thanks to Rachel at CHAS for all your assistance!
The Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) is delighted to be supported by the Rust 2 Rome Car Rally 2009. The Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) is a Scottish charity established to provide hospice services in Scotland for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. A children’s hospice offers professional care, practical help and emotional support to the whole family usually from the day of acceptance, to the death of their child, and beyond. Rachel House in Kinross, Scotland’s first children’s hospice, opened in March 1996. Robin House in Balloch opened in August 2005. Both hospices are purpose-built and each can provide ongoing support for up to 200 families across Scotland each year. The CHAS at Home Team offers support to families across Scotland by providing a home care service to families in their own homes when they need it. Every applicant who signs up for Rust 2 Rome will be asked to raise £25 for CHAS. This money will go directly to CHAS. In order to make it as easy as possible for participants, please send your £25 directly to CHAS. We will let the organiser know once we have received your money. You may pay by credit card over the phone, cheque or drop the money off in person. Please make cheques payable to ‘CHAS’ and include a note indicating that this is your donation for participating in the Rust 2 Rome 2010 Car Rally. Please direct all correspondence to: CHAS Fundraising 3 High Street KINROSS KY13 8AW
Thanks to all those who supported us in 2008 we managed to raise a grand total of £718.38!
Thank you for your support!
